L’AGENCE offers complimentary returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 21 days of the delivery date, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, removing any previous tracking labels.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
